of Bermuda can design, develop and deliver training
programs for your organisation. Programs can be as
short as 2 hours or as long as 2 days or more,
depending on your needs. Training programs can be made
more efficient and effective by using assessments to
determine competence deficiencies. Based on the results
of the assessments, customised programs can be designed
that will help employees to maintain their strengths
and manage their weaknesses. If your organisation has employee issues, then Profiles
can conduct a survey
to determine the nature of the issues and recommend
the appropriate training.

workshop, which focuses on the key elements of customer service, helps to raise
service delivery standards. It has been run as a ‘Lunch & Learn' seminar
and as a half-day workshop. It can be made more effective with the Customer
Service assessments.
Effective Business Math Techniques
This workshop helps employees to improve on basic math skills that are required
for business. It can be a 1-day course or 2 days or more. Effective Business Writing Techniques
This is a workshop that highlights essential writing skills that are required
for business today. It can be a 1-day course or 2 days or more.
Finding Your Mission in Life
A half-day workshop that helps persons find the right career and students choose
the right major. It can also be helpful to persons who want to start a business
but who don't know which business that they should be in. It can be extended
to a full day. It is enhanced when taken with the Career
Coach assessment. How to Manage Meetings
A full-day workshop on how to make meetings more effective. Delivered from an
organisational behaviour perspective, this workshop takes into consideration
the different personalities that are in the workplace and how they can make
meetings more productive or more destructive. Strategic Life Planning
A new workshop that encourages participants to think about what they want out
of life and help them determine the barriers that have prevented them from achieving
their goals. It incorporates a person's values, career aspirations, financial
goals and other aspects critical to a successful life. The workshop concludes
with the basics for developing a Strategic Life Plan. It can be run as a two-hour
primer, a full-day workshop, or a two-day workshop. It is enhanced when taken
with the Career Coach assessment.
Statistical Thinking for Strategic Planning
Businesses today generate much data but few are equipped with the skills to
turn those data into information. This course introduces participants to basic
statistical concepts that can be used to extract meaning out of data. This course
can be 1 or 2 days. Strategic Thinking
While many businesses have concentrated on strategic planning (the processing
of taking ideas and turning them into action plans and goals), more and more
emphasis is being placed on strategic thinking (the generation of new ideas),
which starts the planning process. The generation of new ideas is essential
for positioning an organisation for the future – the planning process determines
how you get there. This full-day workshop shows people how to think strategically,
making the planning phase more effective.
